Self-Referrals

If your insurance carrier allows self-referrals, you may contact Durango Orthopedic Associates directly for appointments without a referral from another doctor.

Physician Referrals

If your insurance carrier requires primary care physician referrals, please schedule your appointment through your primary care physician.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Please schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible, and give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you have a new injury or condition, or have not been seen in the office for a while, or if you are a first time patient, please arrive early to update your patient information for the medical record. If you are driving a long distance to come to your appointment, please call us first to confirm your appointment. Bring films, current insurance card and/or worker compensation or motor vehicle information.
Occasionally we will experience delays in our patient schedule due to unforeseen emergencies. Should this happen, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to see you during your scheduled time.
